At ONNO T-Shirt Co., we want you to love your sustainable apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. If your organic cotton or bamboo tee isn't the perfect fit, we are here to make it right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a similar eco-friendly mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
